The lumber is steamed during the manufacturing process to naturally darken the wood to a rich brown colour. This gives our Walnut its characteristic warm tone whilst retaining all of the swirl and burl you would expect of the species.
Our Engineered board has a special 100% hardwood cross layer construction, which makes it super stable and less likely to distort or fail under stress. It is fully tested for use with most underfloor heating systems.

Floor Finising
We finish our Oak hardwood flooring by hand to order in our Shropshire based workshop. Our finishes are beautiful and heard wearing and can your preferred level of sheen can be selected at time of order.
This floor is available with our hand finished Hardwax Oil or a 2 pack Commercial Lacquer.

Professional Installation
For clients looking for a complete turn-key installation service we have a team of professional fitters covering most of the UK and Ireland. Please contact the sales team to arrange for a site survey and quotation.
If you prefer not to use our installation service then we can provide details fitting guidelines for your own fitters use. For best results we always recommend the use of an experienced wood floor fitter who can supply you with reference sites and happy customers!
Volume Calculation
We recommend that you allow an additional 5% on top of your total m2 when purchasing a wooden floor. This will provide for any cutting / grading waste during fitting.
