Artisan Blanc
A modern twist on 'liming', this specialist hardwax oil finish gives the wood a bleached look and removes any yellow tones from the base oak board. A contemporary, clean looking floor which is still warm and welcoming. Equally at home in a sun drenched beach house as it is in a barn conversion which needs a light coloured backdrop for a bit of lift.
The Artisan finishes are created in our own workshop, which means that we can apply them to the base board of your choice. Solid or Engineered, White Oak or European (French) Oak in a variety of face widths from 83mm right up to 260mm wide. You can also select special processes such as distressing and brushing to create your own unique floor.
Remember all of our finishes are done by hand, so we can 'tweak' them if it's not exactly what you are looking for. We also offer a colour matching service - send us your sample and we will match the colour.

Wear Layer: this refers to the surface face of the board. The wear layer will vary between products from 3mm to 6mm

General: tongue and grooved all round, bevel edged, end matched
Finish: Hand applied Hardwax Oil (commercial lacquer finish also available)

Maintenance: Hardwax Oil is very easy to 'spot-repair' and to maintain with no messy re-sanding required

Installation
We recommend that you allow for an additional 5% on top of your total m2 when purchasing a wooden floor. This will provide for any cutting / grading waste during fitting.
We have a team of professional fitters who will install your floor for you.
