Delivery Policy

Deliveries are generally available 5 days a week within the Mainland UK. Orders placed before 12:00 hours will be despatched the same day, for delivery in two working days. We use couriers for orders above 2.5kg and Royal Mail for orders below 2.5kg (approx 2.5 litres). Whilst we have carefully selected reliable couriers who provide a consistent and traceable service we cannot be held responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. On occasions where delivery cannot be made, (i.e. you are not present at point of delivery), a card will be left detailing how you can make alternative arrangements for delivery with the courier.

Delivery Charges

FREE delivery is applicable on orders of £350.00 and over exclusive of the standard UK rate of VAT and only to the UK Mainland addresses within England, Wales and the lowlands of Scotland (approx. south of Aberdeen). Only orders of £350.00 or over that are dispatched in their entirety will qualify for free delivery. Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your delivery address, speed or preference might affect your order's eligibility for free delivery.

Order Amendments and Cancellations

Further items can be added to an existing order by phoning Blue Evolution and quoting the original order number. All amendments must be confirmed in writing by email or letter and paid for prior to dispatch.

If you wish to cancel part of an order after it has been confirmed and paid, please phone Blue Evolution and then confirm your amendment in writing or by email or by letter. We cannot recall a delivery if it has already left us. Amended orders will not be dispatched until written confirmation of the change to the order has been received.

If any change to your order means that an individual part of the delivery is less than the minimum charge for free delivery, then the standard delivery charge will be applied.

If the order has not yet been dispatched by Blue Evolution, the order will be amended as per the customers instruction and any refund due will normally be processed within 7 days, and a maximum of 30 days. In the event of a partial order cancellation where the total cost of the order increases as a result of the inclusion of the standard delivery charge, the additional balance must be paid before goods are dispatched. If the goods in the original order have already been dispatched then a refund will be made for the unwanted items (less any delivery charge) on their return to Blue Evolution as per our terms and conditions.

Multiple Dispatch Addresses

Currently we are not able to dispatch orders to multiple addresses.

Payment

Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of the full payment due and will only be sent to the address confirmed on the original order confirmation. Any address change or variation must be made before dispatch by email from the same email account as the original order. Payment will only be deemed as received on receipt of cleared funds, in the case of personal or business cheques this may be up to 7 working days after receipt of the cheque by Blue Evolution.

Out of Stock Items

Anything that is temporarily out of stock can be kept on back order for you, and will be dispatched to you at no extra cost as soon as it comes back into stock. We do our best to ensure our product arrives on time, however, from time to time we can experience delays. We will always let you know and give you the option of a refund if you would prefer.

Flooring Deliveries

Flooring orders do not automatically qualify for our Free Delivery offer because of the weight and size of the pallets required to transport them. If you call Blue Evolution then we can advise you of any associated delivery costs on an order by order basis.

We use a third party delivery company and as such the drivers are unfortunately unable to move the goods inside for you. They are only able to deliver flooring products to the kerbside of the delivery address.

For flooring deliveries and heavy packages the driver may require assistance unloading. Please ensure that access is good and can accommodate a large lorry or van and that suitable unloading equipment and / or labour is available as necessary. If a delivery is attempted, and is unable to be delivered due to width or weight restriction, and you have not informed us, you may be charged for re-delivery. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date then you may be charged for re-delivery.
 

International Delivery
