Tramex meters will help to ensure that conditions are suitable before laying a wooden floor, or indeed installing any type of wood product. Correct aclimatisation is only part of the story. High moisture content in the sub-floor or excess humidity in the room environment can lead to 'cupping', 'shrinkage' or 'expansion', even in engineered floors.
